TRANSITION TUESDAYS!

Helping students with disabilities navigate and plan the transition from high school to adult life can be complex, but the Tennessee Department of Human Services and its partners are here to help. Starting November 1, 2022, students, parents, providers and advocates are invited to join us each Tuesday to review available options and services. We’re here to foster positive post-school outcomes. This event is free and open to the public.
