ALL HIGH SCHOOL PARENTS:

We are still missing several Parent Transition Surveys. Please take a few minutes to complete and submit the form at the link below. These forms are a very important piece of transition planning for your student and a part of their ILP process as a whole.

FRESHMAN & SOPHOMORE PARENTS:

We still need permission forms for your

student to receive Pre-Employment

Transition Services (Pre-ETS). Please

see the flyer describing Pre-ETS,

complete the permission form, and

return it to school with your student as soon as possible so they don't miss out!

If you would prefer your student NOT receive Pre-ETS services, please email me to let me know.
